Using GymerSheet
GymerSheet is a gym-management app for gym owners, managers, staff, trainers, and other authorised users. You may use the app only for lawful gym and business operations.
You are responsible for the information you add to GymerSheet, including member records, membership details, payment records, spending records, and staff details.
Your account
Keep your login details private. Do not share your account with people who are not authorised to use it.
Gym owners and administrators are responsible for assigning the correct access level to their team members. Remove access when a team member no longer needs it.
Acceptable use
You must not:
- Use GymerSheet to break the law or violate another person’s rights.
- Attempt to access accounts, data, or systems without permission.
- Upload harmful files, false information, or content that infringes another person’s rights.
- Interfere with the app, its security, or other users.
- Use GymerSheet to send spam or misleading messages.
Availability and changes
We work to keep GymerSheet available and reliable. The app may be changed, updated, paused, or unavailable from time to time for maintenance, security, or technical reasons.
We may add, change, or remove features as the product develops.
Your data
You keep responsibility for the data you add to GymerSheet. We handle personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
You should keep your own records where required for legal, tax, accounting, or business purposes.

GymerSheet, its name, logo, app design, and website content belong to GymerSheet or its licensors. You may not copy, sell, distribute, or use them outside normal use of the app without permission.
