You can request deletion of your GymerSheet account and associated personal information by email.
How to request deletion
Send an email to info@gymersheet.com with the subject:
Account deletion request
Please send the request from the email address linked to your GymerSheet account. Include your name and registered email address so we can find the correct account.
If you manage a gym or organisation, include its name as well. Do not send your password, one-time password, or other login secrets by email.
What happens next
We may ask for information to confirm that you own the account. After verification, we will process the request and tell you if any information must be kept to meet legal or security requirements.
Deleting an account may remove access to member records, memberships, payment records, spending records, reports, staff access, and other data connected to the account. This action may not be reversible.
