Is GymerSheet free for unlimited members and gym locations?
Yes. GymerSheet’s current Free plan includes unlimited gym locations, members, and membership history, with no app subscription charge. Door access requires a separate NFC device that you need to buy.
Can I move my member records from Excel or another gym management app?
Yes. Our team can help you move member records from Excel or other gym software systems into GymerSheet. Contact info@gymersheet.com to discuss your records.
Does GymerSheet collect membership payments?
No. You collect payments separately. Gymer Sheet keeps payment records, including who collected the payment and whether it was paid by cash, UPI, or another supported method, so you can check the details later.
When are invoices and renewal reminders sent?
An invoice is sent by email just after a membership plan is added to a member. Email reminders are sent 2–3 days before the membership expires and again after expiry. WhatsApp delivery is being developed and is not available yet.
How does gym door access work, and do I need equipment?
You need to buy an NFC device for gym door access. Members can then use their phones to enter. Contact our team at info@gymersheet.com for help with the device and setup.
Can staff use their own phones with different access levels?
Yes. Staff can use GymerSheet on their own Android phones. Assign roles to control what each person can see and change in your gym.
Can I see separate gym reports and reports for my whole business?
Yes. You can manage each gym separately, view its reports, and see combined reports for your whole gym business.
Can I use GymerSheet without an internet connection?
No. GymerSheet needs an internet connection to work. Offline use is not currently supported.
Can I export or delete my data if I stop using GymerSheet?
Data export is not currently available. If you stop using GymerSheet, you can delete your gym and your account.
