Information we collect
We collect information needed to provide the app and manage your account. This may include:

- Gym information, including gym names, staff roles, member records, membership details, payment records, and spending records that you add to the app.
- Files you choose to upload, such as profile images, identity documents, and expense bills.
- Device and app information, such as device type, operating system, app version, language, approximate location derived from network information, and app-instance identifiers.
- App activity and interaction information, such as screens viewed, features used, buttons or links selected, session activity, and technical events or errors.
Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics for Firebase in the GymerSheet app to understand how people use the app and to improve its user interface, user experience, performance, and reliability. Google Analytics may automatically collect certain device, app, and usage information and may receive events that we configure to measure interactions with GymerSheet.
Google processes this analytics information on our behalf as a service provider. Analytics information may be transmitted to and stored on Google servers. Google may process information in accordance with its own privacy terms. We do not use Google Analytics to sell personal information. We use the analytics reports to identify commonly used or confusing parts of the app, evaluate changes, diagnose problems, and make GymerSheet easier to use.

- Provide the GymerSheet app and its gym-management features.
- Manage user access and role-based permissions.
- Process memberships, payment records, spending records, reports, and member requests.
- Send account, membership, security, and operational email updates.

- Protect the app, accounts, and data from misuse or unauthorised access.
When we share information
We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us operate GymerSheet, such as providers for hosting, file storage, email delivery, analytics, and technical support. These providers may use the information only to provide services for GymerSheet.
We may also disclose information when required by law or when necessary to protect GymerSheet, our users, or the public.
Data storage and security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information. No online service can guarantee complete security, so you should keep your account credentials private and use a strong password.
Data retention
We keep information for as long as it is needed to operate and improve GymerSheet, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Analytics information is retained according to the retention settings configured for our Google Analytics property and may also remain in aggregated reports. You may request deletion of your account and personal information through the support contact available in the app.
